CHEQUES
Cheque Payments are acceptable in Sterling Cheques only . This applies to UK orders ONLY

OVERSEAS CHEQUES
All other cheques / postal orders paid in foreign currency will incur a £8.00 sterling transfer fee. You can ONLY order your products via email.
We will send you an order / invoice to return and Goods will be dispatched on cleared funds.
CARRIAGE
Carriage is payable on all goods and may be subject to local import duty and tax's
DISPATCH
Goods will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. Should we be out of stock for any reason we will inform you within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
Must be notified within 48hrs and faulty goods returned within 14 working days for a FULL REFUND excluding handling charge and postage fees.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is NO minimum order on goods purchased through GloMania
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods damaged in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to amend pricing and product information without notice.
COMPLAINTS
Please inform us of any complaint you may have with our Service or Products as soon as possible. Any complaints will be dealt with immediately and we shall keep the complainant informed at all times.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000: Under these regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website and claim a full refund. To cancel your order you must notify us within 14 working days following the day of delivery. You must return the product to us as required by these terms but if you do not or if you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product except in the case of cancellation of substitute products.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within 7 working days you must contact us to arrange collection which will be at a cost to yourselves.
